At the heart of the estate stands a big olive tree, estimated to be more than 2,000 years old.These trees are not just part of the landscape; they are part of our story.
Each season, we harvest their fruit by hand and produce a small batch of extra virgin olive oil using traditional methods. But the land offers more than just olives. We also grow almonds, pomegranates, pistachios, and grapes, bringing seasonal fruits and natural flavors from the island’s soil and sun.
